PURPOSE:To obtain heat insulating board consisting of uniform synthetic resin foam without surface skin layer by a method wherein a feed pipe, which is connected to a synthetic resin liquid agitating machine, is provided and holes or slits are bored at the positions normal to metal hoop material below the feed pipe in proportion to the volumes of gaps, which are formed between metal hoop material above the feed pipe and the recessed part and projected part on the rear side of the trapezoidal waves of the metal hoop material below the feed pipe. CONSTITUTION:The trapezoidal waves of metal hoop material 2 below a feed pipe are formed with trapezoidal wave forming rolls by being continuously fed and also metal hoop material 1 above the feed pipe is continuously fed so as to pour, dust and expand synthetic resin through the circular holes or slits of the feed pipe, which is connected to a synthetic resin liquid agitating machine 9, in the recessed parts 3 and projected parts 4 on the rear side of the trapezoidal waves of the metal hoop material below the feed pipe in order to manufacture heat insulating material. At the manufacture of the above-mentioned heat insulating material, holes 12 or slits 14 in the portion for pouring and dusting resin in said recessed parts 3 are made larger than holes 11 or slits 13 in the portion for pouring and dusting resin in said projected parts 4. When the boring of hole is intened, the diameter of the hole correlates to the cross-sectional area 6 corresponding to the recessed part and the cross-sectional area 7 corresponding to the projected part. |
