This box is of the type comprising a tubular and vertical box body A, closed at one end by a bottom and open at the other end, and a lid body B clipping onto the box body. According to the invention, its lid body B has a generally hemispherical shape and is traversed by an opening 4, is integral with a belt 5 for connecting with the body and is coupled with a pivoting lid which, in the shape of a spherical segment, is mounted in a pivoting manner (at 7) inside the lid body about a diametral transverse axis of the tubular body and is integral with a radial tenon 9 constituting, on the one hand, a means of manipulation between a closed position obturating the lid body opening and an open position releasing this opening and, on the other hand, a device limiting the pivoting motion. <IMAGE>
