摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate the charge with the supersonic wave transmission medium while preventing the generation of gas foams and mixing of impurities by charging the inside of a sheath with the supersonic wave transmission medium stored in a sealed member by the collecting force of the sealed member, after breaking a part of the sealed body installed on the sheath. CONSTITUTION:When a screw 24b installed on the engaging member 24 of a sealing member 23 and the screw 22b of a connecting member 22 are engaged, and the engaging member 24 is turned relatively, the engaging member 24 is shifted gradually to a sheath 17 side. Then, a breaking member 28 reaches a thin film 27, in the state where the engagement between the connecting member 22 and the engaging member 24 is made enough, and the thin film 27 is broken by the breaking member 28. Further, the basic edge side of the engaging member 24 is attached to the top edge part of the sheath 17. Then, the supersonic wave transmission medium 26 stored in a balloon 25 is allowed to flow into the sheath 17 through the communication hole 22a of the connecting member 22 by the contraction force of the balloon 25, and the top edge part of the sheath 17 is charged, and a supersonic vibrator element unit 18 arranged at the top edge of the sheath 17 is immersed in the supersonic wave transmission medium 26. Accordingly, the generation of gas foams and mixing of impurities can be prevented, and easy charge is permitted.
