PURPOSE: To prevent the clogging of a lubricant passage by sausage meat by adjusting the axial line direction position of a piston by the force of spring in the case that the pressure of a supplied lubricant is lowered at the time of pressurizing and transferring a sausage meat lump inside a tube by a sleeve- like sliding piston. CONSTITUTION: The sleeve-like sliding piston 17 is arranged at the inner annular recessed part 16 of the tube 6. Also, the lubricant is extruded and supplied with a high pressure from a supply means provided on the outside through an annular groove 19 and an annular gap provided inside the tube to the inner wall of the tube 6 and the surface of the sausage meat lump. Then, paste-like sausage meat is forcibly fed inside the tube 6 by the piston 17, and in the case that the lubricant pressure is low, the piston 17 is pushed by the force of the pre-stressed spring 18 and the annular gap is closed by an annular shoulder part 20 provided on the end face of the piston 17. Also, in the case that the lubricant pressure is high, the lubricant pressure is utilized, the piston 17 is moved in an axial direction against the force of the spring 18 and the annular gap is opened. |
