PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a reverse charging by converting plural battery stacks to the parallel connection condition to a discharge resistance with a switching relay in a perfect discharge time. CONSTITUTION:In a perfect discharge time to remove the separated zinc, a terminal 68 is converted to a terminal 83 side, a load resistor 72 for perfect discharge and a power source 74 for switching relay are connected, and by turning on a perfect discharge switch 65 to feed the current to a coil 76, all the terminals 69 of a switching relay 66 are connected to terminals 71, and the battery stacks 64a to 64n are converted to a parallel connection. As a result, even though there is some differences of discharge capacities of the stacks 64 each other, the discharge operations are carried out individually respectively, and thereby a fear of generating a reverse charging is perfectly eliminated. |
