<p>A laser comprises a sealed, gas-filled casing (1) on the opposite walls (1a, 1b) of which are mounted mirrors (2, 3) adjusted along the optical axis (O1-O1) of the laser resonance chamber (4) formed between the mirrors (2, 3). The casing (1) further houses a means for circulating the gas along a closed circuit through the laser resonance chamber (4) in a direction perpendicular to its optical axis (O1-O1), a means for generation of electric discharge in the laser resonance chamber (4) and a heat exchanger for gas cooling. The means for gas circulation and the heat exchanger for gas cooling constitute a single unit (5) comprising a hollow shaft (6) on which are coaxially mounted disks (7) with a gap between each other and whose cavity (8) is connected to a system for circulating the cooling agent through it.</p> |
