PURPOSE:To smoothly improve the fluctuation of a power factor caused by the fluctuation of the receiving reactive power by inputting the generating output active power and the generating output reactive power to a system power factor controller in addition to the receiving active power and the receiving reactive power. CONSTITUTION:The controllable reactive power and the controlled variable of reactive power of a generator are calculated based on the receiving active power inputted via a receiving active power input means 4A, the receiving reactive power via a receiving reactive power input means 6A, the generating output active power via a generating active power input means, and the generating output reactive power via a receiving reactive power unit means 23 respectively. Then a control command of an automatic voltage regulator AVR of the generator is issued in accordance with the calculated controlled variable of the generator reactive power. Thus the reactive power of the generator is controlled. As a result, the receiving power factor control is smoothly carried out via the generator output control for a system containing an independent generator. |
