<p>An endoapparatus for restoration of the hip joint comprises a main rod (1) which is capable of sustaining a load essentially equal to the maximum loads carried by the lower extremity of the patient and which is hingedly connected by one end to a means of fixation to the hipbone (10) and by the other end to a means of fixation to the thighbone (3) consisting of an additional rod (2) intended to be secured inside the thighbone (2) essentially along the axis of the diaphysis (4) and essentially at an angle α to the main rod (1) essentially equal to the cervico-diaphysial angle.</p> |
