PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition containing a specific nonionic surfactant mixture, an enzyme and an amino alcohol at specific ratios, exhibiting powerful cleaning effect against oil and protein stain, having excellent foam- breaking property and storage stability and useful as a detergent for automatic dish washer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition having a pH of 8-9.5 in the state of 0.2% aqueous solution contains (A) 0.5-10wt.% of a nonionic surfactant of formula I (n) and (m) are 2-8; (n+m) is 4-6; l is 7-19), (B) 0. 5-20wt.% of a nonionic surfactant of formula II and/or formula III (R is 10-20C alkyl; (P) is 2-15;(q) is 1-20; x1 and x2 are 1-30; x1+x2 is 2-60; (y) is 5-50). (C) 0. 01-5wt.% of an enzyme and (D) 0. 1-10wt.% of an amino alcohol of formula IV (R<1> is 1-4C hydroxyalkyl; R<2> and R<3> are H or 1-4C hydroxyalkyl). |
