PURPOSE:To transfer energy efficiently, by providing a coil, where energy is accumulated, in the DC system of a static wake-up device when collecting energy of the output of a motor generator which is accumulated in an inductive load through an AC-DC converting device. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic energy accumulating device 14 consisting of a switch 11, an energy accumulation coil 12, and a switch 13 is constituted between DC terminals of a thyristor converter 5 for starting a motor generator 7 with a flywheel 8. Load coils 17-1-17-n are connected to disconnecting switches 9-1-9-n through transformers 15-1-15-n and thyristor converters 17-1-17-n. When the power supply to load coils 17-1-17-n is terminated, thyristor converters 16-1-16-n are operated in reverse conversion, and electromagnetic energy of load coils 17-1-17-n is transferred to an AC system through transformers 15-1- 15-n and disconnecting switches 9-1-8-n and is transferred to the energy accumulation coil 12 by deblocking the thyristor converter 5. When power is supplied again to load coils 17, this energy is used also. |
