<p>PURPOSE:To improve forward visibility, in a handlebar interlocking type head lamp device, by enlarging the oscillation angle of a head lamp when a handlebars steering angle is small, and obtaining attenuation characteristics approaching the handlebars steering angle gradually as the steering angle is enlarged. CONSTITUTION:When a steering shaft 2 is rotated by steering handlebars, a driver lever 15 oscillates, and a driven lever 13 oscillates by engagement of a drive pin 16 with a slit groove 14 to rotate an intermediate rotating shaft 8 anticlockwise. As a result, a head lamp 5 is oscillated in the same direction as the steering shaft 2 through a connecting rod 10, an oscillating lever 6 and so on. At this time, the head lamp 5 is oscillated at an enlarged steering angle when a handlebars steering angle is small. On the other hand, as the steering angle is larger, the oscillating angles of both levers 15, 13 become larger and the drive pin 16 slides backwards inside the slit groove 14, and in the head lamp 5, the lever ratio for the handlebar steering angle attenuates gradually.</p> |
