A silver halide color photographic material comprises a support having thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer containing at least one coupler which is represented by formula (I) and/or formula (II) as follows: <CHEM> wherein R1, R2, R4 and R5 each represents an alkyl group; R3 and R6 each represents an alkyl group or an aryl group; R7 represents a substituent group; and Ar1 and Ar2 each represents an aryl group.
