The display frame connector for two members (1a,1b) which adjoin each other flat at their end sides (2a,2b) comprises abutments (3a,3b) on the two bodies whose support faces (4a,4b) are each engaged behind by guide faces (6a,6b) of the connector (5). On a first released position the connector (5) is fitted with play on the abutment and in a second locking position holds together the end faces (2a,2b) in the manner of a rotary wedge connection. The connector can have groove areas (7a,7b) engaging over the abutments and holding the connector positively in the abutments in the second locking position. ADVANTAGE - The connector is easy to open and close but is secured against accidental release.
