摘要 PURPOSE:To dehumidify and ventilate by natural wind and to get a comfortable spacing by a method wherein a thermal insulating branch pipe is arranged at an intermediate part of two thermal insulation ducts passing through a building, one thermal insulating branch pipe is connected to an air intake part of a heat exchanger and the other thermal insulating branch pipe is connected to a discharging part of the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:Wind enters from an upstream side thermal insulation duct 1 to push a check valve 3 in an inverse flow preventing device 22 and then flows into a thermal insulating branch pipe 10. This air flow passes through an air intake part 17 of a heat exchanger 7, passes outside a heat exchanging pipe 13, a heat is recovered. The heated air is discharged from the intake part 15 into a building. At an upstream side of the thermal insulating duct 2, a check vale 5 of an inverse flow preventing device 22 may prevent the surrounding air from being entered, the check valve 6 of the inverse flow preventing device 22 is released and then an air flow is generated at the down-stream side. This force reaches the discharging side 14 of the heat exchanger 7, air in the building flows in the heat exchanging pipe 13. The air is cooled through a heat exchanging with the surrounding air, passes through the thermal insulating branch pipe 9, pushes the check valve 6 of the inverse flow preventing device 22, the air passes through the downstream side thermal insulation duct 2 and then the air is discharged out of the device. At this time, condensed water is generated in the heat exchanging pipe 13 and the water is discharged out of the device through a drain 8.
