PURPOSE:To fully satisfy the warpage allowance by placing a specified base- layer mortar mixture on a surface-layer mortar mixture, integrally forming the mixtures, removing the formwork and then glazing the surface of the surface-layer mortar. CONSTITUTION:Cement, a thin aggregate, water and the high performance water reducing agent, strengthening agent, etc., as required, are mixed so that W/C=25-35wt.% and S/C=100-420wt.% are attained to obtain a base-layer mortar mixture. The surface-layer mortar mixture is then placed in a formwork of specified shape in 3-10mm thickness, the floating water is discharged, then the base-layer mortar mixture is placed, the surface is leveled, the mixtures are pressed vibrated and integrally formed into the base-layer mortar having 75-90vol.% packing ratio, the formed body is precured for about 24hr, and the formwork is removed. The formed body thus obtained is dried at 200-400 deg.C, the surface of the surface-layer mortar is glazed, the body is calcined and then cured in water or with steam, and a glazed mortar board with the warpage allowance specified by JISA-6501 controlled to <=5mm is obtained. |
