PURPOSE:To make portable easily for a road sign by pivoting the road sign on a hinge, closing each of indication boards to overlap each other in the event the road sign is not used, and making it possible to fold in a state of flatness. CONSTITUTION:In indication boards 1 and 2 formed into an isosceles triangle, each of divided pieces 2a and 2b is brought into contact with the indication board 1, and the upper parts of the divided pieces 2a and 2b and the indication board 1 are pivoted on a hinge 3a so that they are capable of opening and closing. Bottoms of the indication boards 1 and 2 are respectively connected to legs 4a and 4b, and a shaft 3b connecting a cross section of the legs 4a and 4b so that it is capable of turning has also the same function as that of the hinge 3a. When the indication boards 1 and 2 are opened up to specific angles, stopping members are so provided that they are not opened beyond the specific angles. According to the constitution, the road sign is folded in the shape of a flatness through the indication boards 1 and 2 or the legs 4a and 4b, or it can be assembled in the shape of a solid. |
