The present invention proposes an improved roller furnace, in particular, a roller furnace which provides, in the final cool down section, means of controlling the flow rate of primary cooling air as a function of both the temperature and the pressure detected inside the furnace. A thermocouple detects the temperature and, depending on the measured value, controls a series of electric valves to regulate the air intake conduits.
