PURPOSE:To completely dissolve a butyral resin useful as an adhesive for copper clad laminate in a short time by dissolving the butyral resin by a stirring blender equipped with an anchor-shaped main agitator and high speed rotary agitator. CONSTITUTION:A butyral resin is dissolved by a stirring blender equipped with an anchor-shaped main agitator having a revolving shaft at the vertical center of the blender and with a high speed rotary auxiliary agitator having a revolving shaft and an agitating blade closer to the center of the blender than the agitating blade of the main agitator.
