PURPOSE:To manufacture a fluoroplastic porous-sheet base-material laminated board, in which no warpage is generated, by curing a long-sized laminate, in which long-sized metallic foils are superposed onto the top face and underside of a laminate in which a required number of long-sized resin-impregnated fluoroplastic porous sheets and a long-sized resin-impregnated glass base material are superposed, while being continuously transferred and cutting the cured long-sized laminate in a required size. CONSTITUTION:A long-sized laminate 4 in which the adhesive sides of copper foils 2 with adhesives are opposed and disposed to long-sized resin-impregnated base materials 1 on the top face and underside of a laminate, in which each five of the long-sized resin-impregnated base materials 1 in which a long-sized ethylene tetrafluoride resin porous sheet and a glass-cloth base material are impregnated with an unsaturated polyester resin so that the quantity of the resin is brought to 45wt.% respectively is stacked alternately, and superposed continuously by laminating rolls 3 is forwarded to a curing oven 5, heated and cured under non-pressure at 180 deg.C, and cut at every 100X100cm by a cutter 6, thus acquiring a laminated board, in which warpage is hardly generated. |
