PURPOSE: To manually remove a tamper-proof cap comprising an annular body portion, a pull-ring part, a tear-out strip portion, and a pair of connection membrane portions without using a tool, and to re-seal the cap. CONSTITUTION: A container 5 is provided with a raised annular base part 49 to demarcate an opening. A lid 48 for a container is provided with a telescopic spout 54, a re-sealable cap 55, and an anchor ring 53, the re-sealable cap 55 is screwed to the telescopic spout 54, and the anchor ring 53 fixes the telescopic spout to the raised annular base part 49. A tamper-proof cap 20 is formed of a composite material, provided with a pull-ring portion 22 and a tear-up strip portion 22 to be joined with the pull-ring portion, and arranged on the re-sealable cap 55, and held by the anchor ring 53 at the prescribed position. When the pull-ring portion 22 is pulled upward and outward through a pull tab 41, membrane pieces 42, 43 and connection membrane pieces 38-40 are broken, and finally the annular body part 21 is broken and manually removed from the fixing position below the annular ring. |
