PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency in manufacture of roll paper and fold paper by mounting a number of raw fabric rolls of tissue paper onto shafts, and thereby unbinding said tissue paper at an equal circumferential speed. CONSTITUTION:Ten raw fabric rolls A of tissue paper are circularly arranged so as to be mounted on shafts, let an endless belt 10 proceed to the direction (a) indicated by an arrow head while a roll of tissue paper 1 is being unbinded at an equal speed so that the rolls of tissue paper 1a and 1b are held by a scoring roll 13 two by two so as to be pressed with pressure, and they are concurrently scored 3 so that the roll of scored tissue paper 4 is thereby formed. In the second place, the rolls of scored tissue paper are collected together by collecting rolls 14 so as to be winded up by a take-up roll 15. In addition, switch-over is usually made when the diameter comes up to 120mm with a switch-over frame 16 rotated. |
