An intraocular lens consists of an optical part (1) and supporting elements (2, 3). The optical part (1) is shaped as a cylinder (4) of a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the central optical area of the eye and is provided with a lateral protrusion (5). The end-faces (6, 7) of the cylinder (4) are of a spherical form. The supporting elements (2, 3) are shaped as two diametrically spaced sectors constituting a continuation of the spherical surface (7). |
