PURPOSE:To compress the capacity required for a moving picture file at a receiver side by storing a transmission frame into a buffer till a 1st picture index is detected. CONSTITUTION:For example, a communication interface 1-7 for the 2B+D ISDN standards is used, a stereo music signal is assigned to a B-channel (information channel) music signal storage section 1-1 and 2 stages of index storage sections 1-2, 1-3 for a picture index describing type of a moving picture file storing the movement of a moving picture in terms of elements provided to a receiver side and a display start timing and for a picture index describing a display timing and its type of pattern information representing the movement in terms of elements are provided to a transmitter side. A moving picture displayed at a receiver side is controlled by assigning the type of the moving picture file and the type of pattern information to a D-channel (control channel) and sending the result at the detection of the display timing. Thus, the capacity required for the moving picture file provided to the receiver side is compressed. |
