METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONSTITUTING DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To designate an option through the use of choices by analyzing the choices with prescribed reference and removing the choices which are not to be used hereafter. CONSTITUTION: At the time of executing a constitution program 33, the list of the choices routine 37 of a system resource in which verification is required or not is previously decided is scanned and whether the specified choices can be used on a prescribed system or not is verified on the choices which are previously decided that verification is required. For verification, the choices are analyzed with prescribed reference and the choices which are not to be used hereafter in the system are removed or the use is inhibited. Thus, the option can be designated by using several choices which cannot be used or operated in all the systems to which the specified option can be introduced.
