PURPOSE:To enhance the utilization efficiency of laser light and to prevent the breakage of an opto-electronic integrated circuit by setting the opto- electronic integrated circuit with which a laser noise removing means is integrally formed on the main surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam from the opto-electronic integrated circuit 4 is condensed on an optical disk 9. When the light emitting points of the focusing light and the laser light from the circuit 4 become a conjugate point and returning light from the condensing point on the disk 9 causes resonance with the laser light from the laser light emitting point, a high frequency superposition circuit in the circuit 4 acts to remove a laser noise. Then, the opto-electronic integrated circuit 4 with which an LD for oscillating the laser light and the high frequency superposition circuit which removes the laser noise are integrally integrated is attached to the substrate 1 and the light incident surface 11 of a dielectric thin film wave guide layer 3. |
