PURPOSE:To prevent whitening and crazing after joining by placing a PP tape with its MI and softening point specified in relation to PP sheet between two PP sheets to be joined and heating them at a temp. where only the PP tape is melted. CONSTITUTION:Between a joining part of two PP sheets or films (A) to be joined, a belt-like PP tape (B) with an MI which is no lower than that of the component A and a softening point which is no higher than that of the component A is placed and they are heated under pressure at a temp. which is no higher than the softening point of the component A and no lower than the softening point of the component B to bond the component A in such a way that the component A is not melted and only the component B is melted. |
