PURPOSE:To extrude stably a film having favorable facial accuracy, by a method wherein polyimide resin is melt-extruded by making use of a material to which specific surface treatment is performed or a specific alloy as a processing steel material. CONSTITUTION:A material to which specific surface treatment is performed or specific alloy is used for a processing steel material for a device making a film by melt- extruding polyimide resin. This film making method is adoptable to even polyimide resin whatever structure it may have and a film or a sheet having a thickness of 2-500mum is made with application of an ordinary film making technique such as stretching operation with an ordinary single screw or multiple screw extruder. Although an extruding condition at the time of melt extruding differs according to the structure of the polyimide resin, an ordinary processing temperature is made so as to fall within a range of 380-430 deg.C. Then the specific alloy to be used is a Ni-Co alloy which is superior in corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The polyimide resin as shown by a formula (1) is mentioned as the preferable polyimide resin. X represents direct bonding and 1 or 10C bivallent hydrocarbon radical, and R represents a tetravalent radical selected out of a group comprised of at least 2C aliphatic radical or alicyclic radical. |
