PURPOSE:To efficiently dry raw TOFU refuse and to obtain dried TOFU refuse having excellent shelf stability by feeding raw TOFU refuse to a hot air introducing pipe, circulating in a drying column and separating from high-temperature air flow. CONSTITUTION:A high-temperature air flow flowing from a hot air introducing pipe 10 is circulated in outer cylinders 22 and 44 of drying columns 20 and 42 and discharged from inner cylinders 24 and 46. Raw TOFU refuse 18 falling from a raw TOFU refuse feeder 12 is circulated together with the high- temperature air flow, separated from the high-temperature air flow by gravity and centrifugal force, dropped in dried TOFU refuse tanks 30 and 50 and taken out by removing devices 34 and 52. |
