<p>PURPOSE:To use a file area efficiently by providing a single data file group, a file conversion table, an actual data file conversion part, etc., and storing a common file with data which are common to plural data output devices. CONSTITUTION:Data are gathered from a plant, etc., by an application program, arithmetic is performed according to the data, and the arithmetic result is stored in a data file 21. Further, the number of a CRT where the data are displayed is stored as a device number in a device number storage part 70 and information on a screen number, etc., is stored in an actuation information setting part 40. The file conversion table 90, on the other hand, is stored with a physical file number (b) and a file classification number (c) corresponding to a logical file number (a). Then the actual data file conversion part 80 converts the number (a) which does not depend upon a device described in a picture program as a program for data output into a number (b) by referring to the table 90 and the device number in the storage part 70, and recognizes whether the data are characteristic or common at the same time.</p> |
