PURPOSE:To execute a feedback control operation of a stable semiclosed system by a method wherein, in a stationary state that a waveform in a pulse mode or a CW mode has risen, the feedback control operation is executed by using a sample-and-hold circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an output of a waveform setting circuit 42 is input to a synchronization circuit 59 and an output of the synchronization circuit 59 rises by being synchronized with a signal of a clock-signal generation circuit 58, a high-frequency output which has been synchronized is input from a switching circuit 33. On the other hand, an output of the circuit 58 is input to a frequency divider circuit 60; the output is input to a delay circuit 61; an output of the circuit 59 is input; then, a delay time is counted. When the delay time is started, a control signal of a sample-and-hold circuit 63 is in a sampling state, an output of a power detection circuit 39 is compared with an output of a power setting circuit 44 and is amplified by an error amplification circuit 43; an output whose feedback control operation has been executed by using the sample-and-hold circuit 63 can be obtained from a coaxial connector 40 of a high-frequency output. |
