LIGHT PERVIOUS MOLDED PRODUCT

摘要

PURPOSE:To stabilize a molded product having a large curvature by coating a light pervious resin molded product with coating material prepared by uniformly dispersing a polyurethane resin in a solvent 100wt.% consisting of aliphatic hydrocarbon 20-80wt. and an org. solvent 80-20wt.% being an ester compound. CONSTITUTION:A paint film 11 is applied to the inner surface of the lens 8 of a light pervious car lamp device 1 formed of an acrylic resin to be illuminated so that colors are different at two parts 9, 10. The coating film 11 is constituted by applying coating material obtained by uniformly dispersing an urethane resin in aliphatic hydrocarbon 20-80wt.% and an org. solvent 80-20wt.% being an ester compound. Therefore, the crack due to the org. solvent is not generated in the light pervious lens 8 and the car lamp device can be stably used.
