LOW GAIN PREPRESS PROOF

摘要

PURPOSE: To decrease the dot gain of a color proof and to obtain an accurate plotting of an image of a color print by forming a first adhesive layer of a specified compsn. so as to have larger thickness by a specified value than the additional adhesive thin layer. CONSTITUTION: This color proof is produced by forming a first adhesive layer (A), first single color image, and one or more additional adhesive thin layers (B) and a second single color image laminated on a base body. The adhesive layer (A) consists of a binder compsn. having <105 deg.C Tg and is formed to 8 to 30μm thickness which is twice or more as thick as any layer of the thin layers (B). It is preferable that the adhesive layer (A) contains a white fine particle pigment such as TiO2 by 0.25. to 2.5 weight ratio to the polymer binder.
