PURPOSE:To enhance image density and to lessen fogging as well as to prevent the splashing of a toner to a white ground part by making combination use of an inorg. pigment consisting of a carbon black and multi component oxide at prescribed weight ratios. CONSTITUTION:This nonmagnetic toner is formed by incorporating the inorg. pigment (B) constituted of a binder resin, a charge control agent and multi component oxide and the carbon black (A) into the toner. These components are so incorporated into the toner that the weight ratio WCB/WPG attains 0.1 to 1.2 when the weight of the component A is designated as WCB and the weight of the component B as WPG. The content of the component A in the toner is preferably specified to 0.1 to 2wt.% and the content of the component B to 0.5 to 2.5wt.%. DV/DN is preferably specified to 1 to 1.25 when the volume average particle size of the toner is designated as DV and the number average particle size as DN. The number of the toner having <=5mum particle size is preferably confined to <=10%. |
