<p>PURPOSE:To attain high operation speed for a logic circuit by assembling a signal input FET for frequency changeover into a T-FF circuit, and outputting a signal of the same frequency as that of an input signal when a switching terminal is at a high level, and outputting a signal of a half frequency as that of the input signal when the switching terminal is at a low level. CONSTITUTION:When a low level is inputted to a switching terminal SW, a high level is inputted to a switching terminal inverse of SW, and a high level complementary signal is inputted to an input terminal IN, a FET Q4 and Q14 are turned on and a FET Q6 and Q13 are turned off and a Q17 is turned off and a Q18 is turned on and a frequency of an output signal is a half that of an input signal. When a high level is inputted to the switching terminal SW, a low level is inputted to the switching terminal inverse of SW, and a high level complementary signal is inputted to the input terminal IN, a Q17 is turned on and the Q18 is turned off and the frequency of the output signal is the same as that of the input signal. Thus, the circuit area is decreased, the circuit integration is improved and the power consumption is reduced.</p> |
