PURPOSE:To determine a protective relay, which can function in consideration of the system configuration or the type of fault, in real time by additionally providing a power system training simulator with a protective relay which functions against system fault and a protective relay function judging means which determines a circuit breaker CB according to a predetermined rule. CONSTITUTION:A protective relay priority judging means 61 selects a candidate protective relay, which functions first for a set fault data 65, based on protective relay defining information 66. Upon confirmation that an inhibition set data 68 contains no inhibition set information, a system connection judging means 62 judges whether the relay is connected with a fault point. The system connection judging means 62 judges the connection between the fault point and the relay based on state data 63 of switchgear for simulation system and information 64 for defining system connection and makes a judgement that the function is required if they are connected. |
