The thermoplastic plastic racket is mafactured by (a) manufacturing the racket form core with rigid foam by the metal mold with common foam material, (b) fixing the core into inner of the mold, and (c) injection-molding the thermplastic resin on the outer part of the core at 150-300 deg.C. Pref. the thermoplastic resin contains 5-50 wt.% of glass fiber, carbon fiber or boron fiber.
