PURPOSE:To control an environment required for the growth of an organism to grow the organism healthily by adjusting the redox potential of air based on measured redox potentials. CONSTITUTION:The redox potentials of air, preferably environmental water, drinking water, soil, etc., in the environment of an organism are measured. The measured air, environmental water, drinking water, soil, etc., are brought into contact with a oxidative substance or reducible substance to adjust the redox potential, thereby improving the environment of the organism for the growth thereof.
