PURPOSE:To improve an exchange operation property by a method wherein an operator mounts a unit inside a unit stocker displayed on a second display device in a mounting position of a component feed stand displayed on a first display device. CONSTITUTION:When a type of a substrate is exchanged, an apparatus is stopped; an NC data is replaced by an instruction of a computer 9; a first display device 4 is set to a component feed stand 2. Then, the computer 9 displays only an inessential unit 3 by lighting a display part of a first display part 4 in a red color. When an operator removes an inessential component, the lighted color is turned off. A botton E is pressed down, and the component is removed. The computer detects whether the component has been removed, and instructs an exchange of a component feed unit 3 via a control box 10. That is to say, a display part 5 of the display device 4 lights a green color and indicates a feed unit to be exchanged in the stand 2; a display part 7 of a second display device 8 lights a red color and indicates the feed unit 3 to be mounted inside a stocker 6. When the unit 3 is set on the stand 2, a switch 11 is turned on and informs the computer 9 that a setting operation is completed. By this constitution, the operator can execute an exchange operation efficiently while he is confirming a display. |
