摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the magnet having no holes on the surface and in the inside by a method wherein, when the oxide permanent magnet is manufactured using a dry process, a molding auxiliary agent, obtained by dissolving camphor regulated to 0.5-3.0wt% basing on raw magnetic powder in an organic solvent, is incorporated with the raw magentic powder and they are thoroughly kneaded. CONSTITUTION:For the magnetic powder, consisting of dried powder such as stronitium ferrite or the like having an average grain diameter of 1mum, the same weight of a molding auxiliary agent, obtained by dissolving camphor of 0.3-3.0wt% basing on the magnetic powder in the denatured alcohol of the same weight, is added. After the above mixture has been thoroughly mixed using a mixer or the like, the alcohol is volatilized in that state of condition, and then calcium stearate of 1.0wt% basing on the magnetic powder is added and mixed for the purpose of improving the slipperiness of the oxide magnetic powder. Subsequently, a disintegration is performed using an atomizer. When a permanent magnet is manufactured using the magnetic powder thus obtained, no hole is produced on the surface and in the inside of the permanent magnet and the magnet having sufficient strength can be obtained.
