Rolling screen device comprising a tube (10) for rolling the screen, for example the canvas of a blind for a window, in which there is a control device making use of return means effecting the complete rolling of the screen canvas of the blind, the return means consisting of a jack (14) comprising a chamber (18) and a rod (16), as well as means for converting the linear movement of the rod of the said jack into a rotational movement of the tube. The rod (16) of the jack has a rapid-thread screw (20) cooperating with a core (26) fixed to the tube. The invention is applicable to blinds, roller shutters and any other similar device. <IMAGE>
