The device comprises a bearing element carried by the carrying pylon which engages a stop carried by the wing of the aircraft. This bearing element consists of a stud 9 which is integral in translation with an assembly 15, 24, 29, 31 which is guided so as to slide in a housing 32, 34 fixed to the carrying pylon. An elastic element 41, 42 is arranged between a wall of the housing 32, 34 and the sliding assembly 15, 24, 29, 31 in order firmly to apply the stud 9 against the stop. The stud 9 is adjustable in height, by screwing, within the sliding assembly 15, 24, 29, 31. The invention applies to the fixing, to the wing of an aircraft, of a carrying pylon with a rigidity different from that of the wing. <IMAGE>
