PURPOSE:To obtain an impact-resistant cyclic olefinic resin composition by reacting a cyclic olefinic resin formed from a specific cyclic olefin with a soft copolymer and organic peroxide. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition obtained by reacting (A) a cyclic olefinic resin composed of a (co)polymer prepared by carrying out ring opening (co)polymerization of a cyclic olefin expressed by the formula (n is 0 or 1; m is 0 or a positive integer; R<1> to R<18> are H, halogen, hydrocarbon, etc.) or a hydrogeneted substance thereof with (B) a soft copolymer, selected from cyclic olefinic random copolymers having units composed of ethylene, an alpha-olefin and the cyclic olefin expressed by the formula, amorphous or low-crystalline alpha-olefinic copolymers, copolymers of >=2 kinds of alpha-olefins and non-conjugated dienes, etc., and having <=0 deg.C glass transition temperature and (C) an organic peroxide and preferably a radical-polymerizable compound. |
