PURPOSE:To lessen layer numbers of a high reflection mirror and an output mirror, increase working efficiency of evaporation with the same center wavelength at each layer, and obtain a laser mirror to lower reflection rate at 6328Angstrom . CONSTITUTION:A helium neon laser mirror consists of dielectric multilayer film of mutual layers equal in optical thickness made of high refraction material and low refraction material provided on a substrate 1. A high reflection mirror is of 20-22 layers, is minimal in reflection rate at 3.39mu, and has a great reflection rate of 99.6% at 6323Angstrom . An output mirror is good at 12 layers. Consequently, a laser device is obtained to increase the output of 6323Angstrom . |
