<p>PURPOSE:To independently set up a program and a message and to improve the productivity of the program by allowing a message control part to extract a required message from a library in accordance with an access from a program processing part and output the message. CONSTITUTION:On the assumption that a message character string is removed from a general program, the program is sorted to a program processing part 21 and a message control part 22. The message itself is arranged in an external storage device 3 as a file and a part for requesting the output of the message accesses the message control part 22 to output the message and a message file E required for the message control part 22 is read out from the device 3 to output the message. Since the program is set up independently of the message itself, the productivity of the program can be improved.</p> |
