PURPOSE:To obtain an oxide superconductive coil exhibiting high superconducting properties by winding a complex wire material comprising an oxide superconductive wire material and an insulating ceramics able to be sintered below heat-treatment temperature of the superconductive wire material in coil-like and heat-treating. CONSTITUTION:A complex wire material composed of A) an oxide superconductive wire material 1 and B) an green sheet 2 of an insulating ceram ics able to be sintered below heat-treating temperature of the component A [e.g., Al2O3-SiO2-based ceramics having controlled sintering temperature by addition of alkali (earth) metal] is wound on winding frame 3 in coil-like and heat-treated to afford the aimed oxide superconductive coil. By said method, a state loaded with compressive force on a superconductive wire material is continued through burning and C-axis of the superconductive material is perpen dicularly oriented to compressed direction, then critical electric current density is able to to be improved. |
