PURPOSE:To improve bonding strength by adding an additive selected from the group consisting of specific metal oxides and metal iodides to a basic composition composed of Ag powder, Pd powder and glass frit. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive paste obtained by mixing 70-95 pts. wt. Ag powder with 5-30 pts. wt. Pd powder and 0.5-10 pts. wt. glass frit, preparing a basic composition of the electrically conductive paste, then blending 0.1-10 pts. wt. additive selected from the group consisting of (SnO2+ZnO+CaI2) and (SnO2+ZnO+CuI) with aforementioned composition and kneading the resultant blend with a binder such as dibutyl phthalate. A pattern is then printed on an AlN sintered substrate with the prepared electrically conductive paste by screen printing and sintered to afford a metallized AlN substrate. |
