The subject of the invention is pyridazine derivatives corresponding to the formula: <IMAGE> in which - Ar represents a phenyl substituted by R1 and R2 or a heterocyclic radical such as thienyl or pyridyl; - R1 and R2 each independently denote hydrogen, a halogen atom, a trifluoromethyl group, a hydroxyl group, a C1-C4 alkoxy group or a C1-C4 alkyl group; - R3 represents a straight or branched C1-C4 alkyl group, a C3-C7 cycloalkyl or the radical Ar as defined above; - R4 represents a group <IMAGE> in which X1 represents a methyl or an ethyl or else the 2 X1 substituents form, together with the carbon to which they are bonded, a C4-C6 cycloalkyl; - R5 represents a linear C1-C6 alkyl group; - R6 represents a linear C1-C6 alkyl group, or alternatively R5 and R6 constitute, with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, a heterocycle chosen from morpholine, pyrrolidine or piperidine; and their salts with inorganic or organic acids. Application: medicaments active on M1-type cholinergic receptors.
