Device allowing to raise and maintain at a desired temperature an alcohol of the type Cognac, Armagnac, Rum... The invention relates to a device allowing to raise and maintain at a desired temperature an alcohol of the type Cognac, Armagnac, Rum... held in a container made of transparent white glass, preferably, authorizing its visual, olfactive and gustative appreciations without constrained practice. The device is comprised of a container (5) which holds the liquid. The liquid is introduced through a neck (6) closed by a cock plug (3) with a glass head (2). The internal narrowing (11) of the neck (6) provides the plugging system with an absolute tightness and the plug (1) cannot be pushed in or removed by children. One or two resistances (46) provide for the heating and maintain the desired temperature of the liquid, and they are controlled by a bulb thermostat (27). The bulb (42) and the resistances (40) are next to each other at the internal base of the container (5) within specific housing (40-41) in order to optimalize heat exchange and regulation. The emptying can be done by means of a cock (13) provided with a second line (16) acting then as air intake if the filling is in conformity and as overflow in case of excessive filling. The device according to the invention preserves, in its functions, the aromas and alcohol content of the product.
