PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber reinforced cement plate improved in dispersibility of a glass fiber to water and improved in binding property between the glass fiber and cement by blending the glass fiber dispersed into water using a polyacrylamide based high polymer compound as an additive for dispersing with the cement. CONSTITUTION:An acrylamide/acrylic acid alkali metal salt copolymer which is a polyacrylamide based high polymer compound is added to an additive for dispersing and the mixture is stirred for 2-3 min. Then a pulp fiber is charged into the stirred liquid and sufficiently dispersed into the liquid by stir ring for 2-3 min and then glass fiber is charged and stirred for 3-5 min to suffi ciently disperse the glass fiber therein. Then silicate powder and cement are charged into the dispersion and stirred for 2-3 min and the resultant plate mak ing raw material is subjected to plate making by plate making net and simultane ously squeezed for about 1 min under pressure and then naturally dried to provide the fiber reinforced cement plate. |
