PURPOSE:To obtain the subject polymer composition, composed of a copolymer of ethylene and a cyclic olefin and a crystalline polyolefin resin in a specific proportion and improved in fluidity without impairing characteristics, such as transparency, heat resistance and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:The objective polymer composition, obtained by blending (A) a copolymer of ethylene and a cyclic olefin expressed by the formula (n is 0 or 1; m is 0 or an integer; R<1> to R<18> are atom or group composed of the group consisting of H, halogen atoms and hydrocarbon group; R<15> to R<18> are mutually linked monocyclic or polycyclic group in which the monocyclic and polycyclic groups may have double bond; R<15> and R<16> or R<17> and R<18> may form alkylidene group) or a hydrogenated ring opening (co)polymer of the cyclic olefin expressed by the formula with (B) a crystalline polyolefin resin at (98:2)-(60:40) (except 60:40) weight ratio of the components (A) to (B). |
